These terms and conditions are published as of 02-02-2006 for the users of our website and sale. Purchase of our goods from the website is governed by our terms and conditions as set below .

1 -Goods Description .
   Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product description , pictures specific information, accurate prices, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitation of the internet technology.

2- Payment Methods & Prices.
   For you convinience , we try to provide our customer the most common types of visa cards (Mastercards, Visacards, American Express, Discovery). Although ,you can use the alternative of sending a crossed cheque or international money order made payable to:

3- Delivery Orders.
  We prefer to use Dollar, English pound , or any type of currency that is internationally used not only locally used. Our prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed to be at the same price.
  Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving explanation.

4- All goods are sold subject to availability. Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and the round time of the delivery, according to the destination. We will notify you if we were not able to send you your goods within the time scale. When goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in the stock or selecting an alternative product. The delivery costs are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates , based on availability and normal delivery time, in working days. additional time shall be allowed where payment is made by cheque ,as we will not dispatch goods until the cheque has been cleared.

5-Misordering.
  Dear customer for more convince and accreted description we post our goods size that internationally recognized as ( medium – large – x l –x x l – x x x l ) by centimeters infront our goods size , but if you misordering your product, we can change it, but in this case you shall carry the delivery costs and fee.

6- Guarantee.
  All our natural leather products are covered by a manufactures' guarantee .Terms and conditions vary from
  product to product.

7- Cancellation procedure.
  You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods supplied to us for refund of the price of the goods in the following cases:
  - the goods are not identical to the website descriptions shown .
  - if your leathers goods are not made of natural, soft leather.
  - If the goods were damaged during the delivery service . and you shall notify us with reason of cancellation by fax or via mail .

8-Security .
  Security is one of the highest element and we give full precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. Information is requested for ordering goods securely and safely.

9- Information Collection and Use.
